Music through Ministry::Love

  Today's Music through Ministry's selection is right on time for the Valentine season and a great follow-up to my recent post about the greatest love of all....God.  After spending a great weekend decorating for Valentine, I spent some time thinking about how often we toss around the word love but do we really take time to reflect on its true meaning?   Kirk Franklin's "Love"  and 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 reminds me just what love is....it is God! The song gives me a sense of peace and love that overtakes my mind, body, and spirit. (That warm and fuzzy feeling that He is there!)  It reminds me how He loves us so much that He shows us throughout the day that He is there....waiting for us to release all our cares, worries, and frustrations.  It is truly a mystery to why He loves us so much but I'm so thankful that He does and shows us His unconditional and everlasting LOVE!
